Kaj was radically saved while a teenager on Vashon Island. Janell met Jesus as a child in Tacoma, and has lived for Him passionately ever since. They met as students while attending Pacific Lutheran University. Since then, they have faithfully made disciples while pastoring in Tacoma, Seattle and in Grays Harbor over the past 26 years. They have three kids: Phoebe, Asha and Luke.
